Late night flow is all about moving the body to release whatever you need to from your day.
A slow vinyasa flow with a few yin yoga poses with more focus on individual poses.

This class is perfect for people who work late or parents after the kids go to bed as it allows you for 60 minutes of the day be YOU.

Best way to set yourself up for bed as you go home feeling relaxed.

Suitable for all levels even though I don't like talking about yoga in levels. I love teaching new students as we all start at the beginning not knowing what we are doing but as a student, you need to discover how your body feels and as a teacher, I can help you progress once I can see where you are at in the poses. You will discover strengths you never knew you had.
