Yin yoga is the perfect balance to our busy lifestyles, it relaxes body and mind. Physically it lengthens muscles, aids mobility, keeps our body supple and support healthy joints.

Yin is an extremely relaxing and meditative practice that aims to stop the monkey mind and help participants gain a greater awareness of their body, mind and emotions.
This class is also blended with essential oils to create the perfect atmosphere within the Yoga Tent for you to fully release and relax. 



Suitable for all levels as most of the postures are sitting or laying down though it doesn't mean they will be easy as some are very deep stretches with long holds but the benefits are so rewarding you will not regret
