Kids Yoga is for children 6+ years who want to develop their practice early in life.

45-minute class

Learning to focus on the breath
Learning to balance the body
Learning more body awareness
Learning to nurture and take care of your body is the most important thing you can do in life.
Lay still for 5 minutes in savasana (mini meditation)

Parents welcome to sit and relax on the back patio and wait for kids

Tea is served after every class
