Yoga with Syari will find your flow and feel good about your body. You'll learn to observe your body with compassion and kindness. No Ahimsa (Non-violence, no harm). Everybody is different, each posture looks different on everyone but what matters most is how your body feels. You will learn to accept the feelings that rise up and let it be, practice non-attachment to any results. You'll be guided through each step, starting with a short, philosophy-based class, followed by planting your Sankalpa (intention). You will learn to flow fluidly and practice mindfully through Asana sequences. You’ll tap into neglected areas of your body through powerful Pranayama (control of the breath), you will learn some of the Mudras (hand gesture), balances, hip openers, core exercises, back bends, and inversions that stretch and strengthen your entire body, from root to crown.
This is a Vinyasa class and is rooted in the breath, energy, and intention. With consistent practice, you’ll find a deeper connection with yourself inside and out. This is the time to arrive at your mat to carve out time for yourself with feel-good flows in the Yoga Tent. Yoga with Syari will uplift your energy, nourish your body, and dissolve the tensions that you may have in your body. We will cool it down with restorative poses. Each week will focus on a different area of the body so you can take what you need and release tension from the day. Layered into each class are beats music tracks to help you move with your practice and get lost in the movement. Prepare to leave feeling open and inspired.
