This Yoga Workshop will focus on how we feel and move to and from poses.
How to train your own body to move smoothly from:
- jumping to the top of the mat softly
- floating the leg into the air
- how to move your arms in the air from pose to pose
- how to sneak into an inversion or arm balance during class
Essentially how to find your version of flowing. Each and everyone's breath is different and so we need to find how we move with it as smooth as possible.
This class is all about getting more comfortable with your yoga practice and moving into other variations without cues but to still feel strong enough to do it in any class or practise you do.
This is a class about you levelling up your own mental game.
We will finish the class with the usual tea + homemade energy balls
