60 minutes fly by in class and you never really get a chance to focus on poses that challenge you...
This 2-hour workshop is all about working on those challenging poses that we all need a little more time to work on to understand alignment and how props can help your practice even more.
Start the class with a vinyasa flow to warm our bodies up and then we will go straight into the workshop
You will learn
* how to use props like blocks and straps at home
* focusing on building up your core strength
* how to discover your inner balance and how it feels when you focus on it
* arm-balancing all the variations and which ones work for you
(crow, pincha, kondiasana, headstand)
To finish the class I will hand out a printed worksheet for you to help keep you focused on your yoga practice and the poses that you want to work on throughout the year
We will finish the class with the usual tea + homemade energy balls
