YOGA CHALLENGE WORKSHOP
This workshop is a little special as we are going to showcase how hard we have worked to get into our selected pose we have picked to master by the end of the year.
If you are new to this work do not worry if you don't have a specific pose selected that you wanted to master...just come to join in on the fun and discover what pose you want to work on for 2021!
60 minutes fly by in class and you never really get a chance to focus on poses that challenge you...
This 2-hour workshop is all about working on those challenging poses that we all need a little more time to work on to understand alignment and how props can help your practice even more.
Start the class with a flow to warm our bodies up and then we will go straight into the workshop
You will learn:
* How to use props like blocks and straps at home
* Focusing on building up your core strength
* How to discover your inner balance and how it feels when you focus on it
* Arm-balancing all the variations and which ones work for you
(crow, pincha, kondiasana, full wheel, splits, headstand)
We will finish the class with the usual tea + homemade energy balls
Limited space available to create a FUN VIBES SPACE to learn and grow
