In the first Yoga Workshop of 2021 we will be diving deeper into our understanding of body strength in yoga...
Where we might be having mind/body disconnection in some poses or maybe we might be fully aware and need some tips and tricks to help elevate our practice even more.
Focusing on building strength in the body with the poses that create more strength and core muscles. To feel the whole body connecting together through each movement.
What’s included:
- 2.5 hours of mind | body | soul yoga workshop
- Q & A Open Circle
- a warm-up flow practice
- variety of poses explained for your body
- arm balancing
- inversions
- tips + tricks
- yoga mindset shift
- homemade energy balls (plant-based) + tea
What you need to bring:
- Yoga journal
- Yoga Mat
- Water bottle
- Open heart / I can attitude
- Smile / No self-judgement
All levels welcome and encourage to participate to make you feel even more confident in your weekly class. It's not just for “ADVANCED STUDENTS” its a workshop for you to learn YOGA POSES and to simply just PRACTICE asana.
Small class are sizes designed to help you feel more comfortable fall out of poses, to fully extended your body without judgement.
TO ASK ME QUESTIONS and get adjustments so you can feel you are in the pose.

Every other month will swap from Saturday to Sunday to allow more people to participate. $55 Exchange
