This workshop we will be running through how to design your practice at home and even in class.
Learning why an at home practice is just as important as a studio classroom practice even for just 10 minutes a day.
Breaking things down so you feel more confident with moving your body into poses that feel natural to you.
Also how moving into poses or variations in class can feel intimidating and really good...breaking this down even more.
By the end of class, you will have a 5-10 pose sequence that feels good to do regularly at home... so the journal is a MUST!
What’s included:
• 2.5 hours of mind | body | soul yoga workshop
• Q & A Open Circle
• a warm-up flow practice
• variety of poses explained for your body
• arm balancing
• inversions
• tips + tricks
• yoga mindset shift
• homemade energy balls (plant-based) + tea
What you need to bring:
• Yoga journal
• Yoga Mat
• Water bottle
• Open heart / I can attitude
• Smile / No self-judgement
All levels welcome and encourage to participate so that you feel even more confident in your weekly class. Small class sizes designed to help you feel more comfortable and supported to ask questions.
