My name is Cat, I am an accredited Trauma Informed Yoga teacher based in Sheffield. I teach regular Hatha/restorative classes as well as 1:1 bespoke programmes.
Description
Yoga for all, everyone can join in my class I take a steady approach with the option for students to extend movements if they would like to challenge themselves. My classes also include pranayama and relaxations to help physical and mental wellness
