I am concentrating on an accessible class focusing on function and mobility with mindful movement.
Description
Designed for those with mobility challenges, limited energy, difficulties with balance or any other reason why being seated is more comfortable.
The session will include stretches, flowing sequences, balance practice (where appropriate), breathing for relaxation and stress busting strategies.
