Description
This 2-hour session is for anyone interested in understanding their body better so that they can improve the health of the muscles of the pelvis and abdomen, (and much more!)
During the session you will learn what the muscles look like, where they are located, and how to look after them with easy yet very effective exercises.
You will go home with a short sequence that you can practice regularly at home.
£20 full price

£10 non refundable deposit can be paid to secure your place either via this site or by emailing to discuss dropping off a cash deposit.
If paying a deposit, the reaminder will be due in cash on the day or your sessio, or via bank transfer up to 12 hours before.
