As a passionate and experienced certified yoga instructor, practitioner, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, my life's purpose is to guide others in finding holistic balance on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through the powerful union of yoga and the ancient sciences of Ayurveda, I provide an integrative pathway for self-enrichment and living a happier, healthier life in harmony. ​ My classes create a nurturing sacred space for you to explore the authentic roots of yoga's traditions and philosophies. More than just physical postures, we embark on an inward journey of unlocking your highest potential through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and Ayurvedic wisdom. I strive to hold an environment of unconditional support, where you feel empowered to peel back layers courageously, look within, and discover your own intuitive path toward thriving. ​ Each day, I am energized and humbled by the opportunity to share these sacred teachings and practices.
