For Lisa, teaching yoga means creating a space to flow and breathe that allows for a greater connection. Students of all levels can enjoy her class, and beginners are provided the support they need to learn and grow. Lisa completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2022 and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
Description
Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness.
