She strives to make yoga approachable, accessible, and enjoyable to all! Meri is a co-owner of Celestial Wellness and is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and owns Sunveda Wellness. She is a student of Sanskrit and Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology) and loves to integrate all of these teachings into her classes.

Stephanie has been practicing Yoga since 1995 and a certified teacher since 2006. She believes in integrating whole body and mind awareness into her classes often using breathwork, visualization and meditations. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician , Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, owner of Just Breathe Wellness and co-owner of Celestial Wellness.

Nicole Romero is a Certified 1000hr Yoga Instructor, teaching since 2010, Certified Ayurvedic Holistic Health Practitioner with the AADP since 2012 and a practicing Community Herbalist. Her Yoga classes gently flow and are inspired by nature-themes, weaving together ancient stories of the Five Elements from Asana to Shavasana. She is the founder of the South Florida Herbal Council, Reclaiming the Wise Woman Masterclass series, Children Exploring the Florida Garden~ Kids Budding Herbalist program as well as 12 hr trainings in Ayurvedic Beauty and Ayurvedic Herbalism.
