As a passionate and experienced certified yoga instructor, practitioner, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, my life's purpose is to guide others in finding holistic balance on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Through the powerful union of yoga and the ancient sciences of Ayurveda, I provide an integrative pathway for self-enrichment and living a happier, healthier life in harmony. ​ My classes create a nurturing sacred space for you to explore the authentic roots of yoga's traditions and philosophies. Stephanie has been practicing Yoga since 1995 and a certified teacher since 2006. She believes in integrating whole body and mind awareness into her classes often using breathwork, visualization and meditations. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician , Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, owner of Just Breathe Wellness and co-owner of Celestial Wellness.

For Lisa, teaching yoga means creating a space to flow and breathe that allows for a greater connection. Students of all levels can enjoy her class, and beginners are provided the support they need to learn and grow. Lisa completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2022 and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
