Meri has been a yoga teacher for 20 years. She is a certified Sivananda yoga instructor and holds certifications in Vinyasa, Chair, and Trauma-Informed yoga. She strives to make yoga approachable, accessible, and enjoyable to all! Meri is a co-owner of Celestial Wellness and is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and owns Sunveda Wellness. She is a student of Sanskrit and Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology) and loves to integrate all of these teachings into her classes.

Over 30 years ago, Rachel fell in love with the practice of yoga. That love led her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2023. As an experienced massage therapist specializing in Myofascial Release, Rachel has seen firsthand how a regular yoga practice can provide profound healing outside the treatment room. In her therapy practice, Rachel takes a whole-body approach to find the root causes of pain and dysfunction. Yoga is the perfect companion to Myofascial Release, as it gives people the ability to create balance. Rachel believes that by connecting the breath to movement, yoga can help quiet the mind and create some much-needed space while building strength and flexibility. Her classes bridge yoga and myofascial release to help soften stuck tissue. This can help ease common ailments. Poses are carefully chosen and can be used as tools to heal the body, both inside and out.

Students of all levels can enjoy her class, and beginners are provided the support they need to learn and grow. I became a Pretzel Kids certified yoga teacher because I love sharing yoga with kids and enjoy leading fun activities. I’m a Jupiter mom and former Jupiter Mustangs cheer coach with experience teaching in schools and working at summer camps. I am also skilled and experienced at leading yoga for kids with developmental disabilities, and currently teach at the Palm Beach Autism Club.

Stephanie has been practicing Yoga since 1995 and a certified teacher since 2006. She believes in integrating whole body and mind awareness into her classes often using breathwork, visualization and meditations. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician , Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, owner of Just Breathe Wellness and co-owner of Celestial Wellness.
