Eclectic basic and gentle yoga for all levels!

Restorative Yoga is a gentle practice focused on deep relaxation, mindfulness, and healing. Unlike other forms of yoga, its goal is not to stretch or strengthen muscles but to activate the body's natural processes for self-regulation and equilibrium. Using props to support the body in comfortable poses, Restorative Yoga promotes rest and allows the body to enter a state of deep relaxation, helping to alleviate stress, balance the nervous system, and encourage overall well-being.

Yoga and breathwork for all levels of practice!

This class will be held the third Thursday of each month. Yin yoga incorporates poses which are held passively with the assistance of props for a few minutes during which the connective tissues are targeted. This practice encourages a quiet mind and a deep connection to the body.

This is more than a yoga class. It’s a reset, a re-emergence with the essence of you. In just 60 minutes you’ll experience:
