Im here to teach you:
1/Pilates Mat fundamentals, you can then request a Pilates lesson which last 1 hour. If you come with a friend, book Duo Class!
2/ Postural work/ Musician pack:you are musician, professional or student, you deal maybe with pain or fundemental issues with your instrument. The "Musician Pack" is for you. 30 Minutes of initiation with Pilates Mat and "re_imprinting the movement" with the instrument according to Joe Pilates ' Classic Pilates Method.
3/ Cello: To book a Cello lesson, get in touch via cellofysio@gmail.com or via mobile phone 0032492749385 to book a class.
Visio classes are as well possible.
