Description
A mindful practice that moves from stillness into movement, from softness into strength. We begin with grounding postures and longer holds, allowing the body time to settle and warm up before gradually building into a more dynamic practice.
Guided by the breath, we explore flowing movements before inviting the body to stay in some postures, building stability. The practice builds warmth, strength and energy while staying connected to the breath and the sensations within the body.
The aim of our practice is to explore the balance between Yin and Yang — between effort and ease, movement and stillness. Through this balance, we create space to connect with the body, build resilience and find a sense of steadiness within movement.
A practice that is available to all, with variations offered throughout to honour the unique needs and expression of your body.
