Vivienne focuses on the mind/body/spirit connection, incorporating Eastern and Western massage techniques to obtain a perfect therapeutic massage. Specializing in pre and perinatal massage therapy. Professional Doula attending to families since 2013 on the island of Puerto Rico, she focusses on preparation for the birthing & lactating experience. A licensed professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Vivienne has been working since 2006. She uses Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, ACE cupping therapy, Arvigo Mayan abdominal massage therapy, Swedish, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Yoga Therapy, Aromatherapy and Pranayama breathing exercises in her work. Por lo general, mis sesiones comienzan con una breve meditación para conectar y centrar. Mis classes son meditaciones en movimiento que utilizan los fundamentos de vinyasa y fluidus para expandir nuestra conciencia y nuestros límites, ayudándonos llegar a una extraordinaria capacidad de felicidad y movilidad. Vinyasa se puede describir mejor como una clase fluida y se traduce en sánscrito como "colocar de una manera especial"; es un estilo de yoga que le enseña a alinearse con la respiración mientras fluye a través de los movimientos. Terminamos con la meditación, "savasana", para que se sienta rejuvenecido y listo para afrontar el día.

My sessions usually start with a short meditation to get grounded and centered. My flows are moving meditations that use vinyasa and fluidus fundamentals to expand our awareness and boundaries, helping us into an extraordinary capacity for happiness and mobility. Vinyasa can best be described as a flowing class and translates in Sanskrit "to place in a special way"; it is a style of yoga that teaches you to align with your breath while flowing through movements. We finish in meditation, "savasana", to leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day.
