What began as a personal space for healing evolved into a deep passion for sharing this discipline with others. Inspired by my experience and those around me, I decided to further my studies in yoga, earning my 200-hour certification.
As a teacher, I honor the tradition of yoga, respecting the culture from which this ancient practice originates. I am guided by its teachings to offer classes that integrate mindful movement, breathwork, and alignment, creating an accessible and enriching space for all levels. I specialize in Hatha Vinyasa, blending fluid sequences with moments of stillness to cultivate presence, strength, and balance.
To me, yoga is more than a physical practice—it is a path of transformation, self-discovery, and connection to something greater than ourselves. With gratitude, I embrace the opportunity to guide others on this journey, creating a space where each person can explore, grow, and find well-being.

Description
Step into the discipline of classical Hatha Yoga with a consistent practice designed to ground, strengthen, and center. Each session follows a steady sequence of foundational asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), and dhyāna (meditation), creating a rhythm that allows body and mind to deepen over time. While the structure remains constant, each week introduces a different peak posture, offering new challenges and insights within the familiar flow. This approach reflects the spirit of sādhana—a dedicated practice that cultivates steadiness, awareness, and inner balance. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking a traditional path.

Hi, everyone! My name is Sashely, an architect in training and 200hr certified yoga teacher in
alignment-based Hatha Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga from Inner Wellness Studio, with
continued education in menstrual health and pre-natal yoga. My inspiration to share yoga stems
from a passion for wellness, gentle guidance and holding space for self-discovery, self-care and
reflection through asana, conscious breath, meditation and affirmations in both group and
private sessions. More than a physical practice, to me yoga is a way of life that allows us to
connect to ourselves and the world around us from a place of mindfulness, presence and
self-compassion. This ancient practice has accompanied me in my healing journey for several
years, transforming my mental health and wellbeing in many ways. It is my sincerest intention to
share yoga in hopes that it will empower you to meet yourself in flow with kindness and curiosity.
Classes:
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga where you can expect a balanced flow of movement and breath, combining
gentle and dynamic poses to cultivate strength, flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation.
Restorative Yoga where you can expect slow, gentle poses supported by props to help you
deeply relax, release tension, renewing body, mind and soul.
Sessions are open to all levels of practitioners in Spanish and English. Props and modifications
are encouraged, as well as listening to your body with the freedom to move however you feel
called to.

Description
This gentle style of yoga aims to promote deep relaxation and rest, using props like blocks, bolsters and blankets for support and remain comfortable in poses for a longer period of time. Rather than focusing on continuous movements, classes will feature a series of poses that allow mindfulness, meditation, pranayama (conscious breath) and rest. Restorative yoga can reduce anxiety and stress, help with pain management, emotional release, better sleep quality and overall relaxation.
Restorative yoga is perfect for seasoned yogis to beginners, menses, injury and chronic pain-friendly.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: please notify the teacher if you suffer from any pain/illness/injury to ensure proper attention and suitable poses during class. Your participation in class is at your own risk and the teacher is not responsible for emergencies/injuries/accidents before, during or after class.*

Hi! My name is Taysha, but people call me Tay. I am a 200hr Registered Yoga teacher and a Mat Pilates teacher. I discovered yoga during my time in Army training, searching for something that could ground me in the midst of constant structure. What began as a simple intention to slow down quickly became a space of clarity and strength. As I continued to return to the mat, sometimes twice a day, I realized how transformative mindful movement could be, not only physically but emotionally and spiritually.
Moved by my own experience and by others who sought a practice that met their bodies where they were, I chose to deepen my studies and earned my 200-hour yoga certification. Along the way, I expanded into mat Pilates, embracing its powerful ability to build strength from the inside out. Together, yoga and Pilates became the foundation of my approach to wellness: intentional, embodied, and empowering.
To me, movement is more than exercise — it is a pathway toward self-discovery, empowerment, and coming home to yourself. With gratitude, I hold space for others to explore what movement can mean for them, to build strength they can carry into every part of their lives, and to connect with the version of themselves they are becoming.

I am a Doula and RYT-500 Sampoorna Yoga, Yoga Nidra teacher. My journey with yoga began in 2008, it sparked my curiosity, but I didn’t take it seriously until I began experience the profound benefits of yoga practice. In 2022 I deepened my practice by completing both the 200-hour and 300-hour Sampoorna Yoga Teacher Training certification programs at Yogi Hari Ashram. Under the guidance of Guruji Shri Yogi Hari, I was given the spiritual name Shanthi. That was an incredible experience with results of positive changes in my body and mind. During this time, I also encountered Yoga Nidra class for the first time. It was magical and inspired me to become a certified Yoga Nidra teacher. I am gratified to share this practice with others, who are seeking for self-awareness, healing, mindful and healthy lifestyle or simply open to experience benefits of Yoga Nidra.

In my teenage years, meditation became a refuge, offering a sense of calm and clarity amidst the complexities of growing up. Discovering its power planted the seeds of a lifelong passion for well-being. This passion eventually led me to an over 10-year career as a personal trainer, where I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of movement on both the physical and mental levels.
However, it was a life-changing experience studying yoga in India that ignited my dedication to Kundalini Yoga. This powerful practice, with its dynamic combination of movement, breathwork, and meditation, resonated deeply with me. But my exploration didn't stop there. I delved into the ancient art of sound healing, learning how sound vibrations can influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Today, as a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, I weave these two powerful modalities together in my classes. Through dynamic kriyas (yoga sets), energizing chants, deep meditations, and the integration of sound healing instruments, I create a unique and immersive experience for my students to explore their physical and spiritual potential.
