A type of Vinyasa Movement to help you find space between poses, Prioritizing your breath within the pose so we can create space, lengthens, expands your Body and and Breath. Combined with Accupresure and Myofascial Release Technique, Helps ease/ stop Muscle Pain. It restores rejuvinate body mind spirit.
The Practice/Session also includes Aromatherapy, Hands on Alignment ( Optional: If the client/student is okay with it), Brief Sound Therapy Technique to help
Relax and invoke energy field within and around.
