About Chun-Yee Yoga Circle

My teaching offers two distinct ways to return to yourself — both rooted in presence, both supported by the deep rest of yoga nidra.

One path is slow, restorative, and deeply calming.

My monthly Sunday Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra classes are designed for tired, anxious, or overwhelmed nervous systems. It's also a space to rest before reaching those states. I believe rest does not need to be earned. Rest before you're tired.

These sessions are an invitation to pause completely. My teaching here is gentle and steady, with a soothing voice and a welcoming presence.

I guide you back to your breath as a grounding thread — a simple, powerful way to reconnect to the present moment and soften into inner ease.

There is nothing to achieve here. Just space to rest, regulate, and come back to yourself.

The other path is playful, expressive, and full of life.

My laughter yoga events are open, creative spaces where we explore joy through movement, breath, and shared laughter.

These sessions are for anyone who wants to feel lighter, more connected, and more alive.

I bring a bubbly, uplifting energy that helps people relax into fun without self-consciousness.

These sessions are co-created, spontaneous, and often surprisingly freeing.

Across both offerings, yoga nidra weaves everything together — a deep, blissful rest that supports integration, nervous system balance, and stillness beneath both calm and joy.

Whether you come to soften or to play, the invitation is the same:
to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels simple, human, and real.
