Supportive flowing yoga sequences focussing on the breath. A mixture of strength-building and relaxation, followed by pranayama and meditation. Small class size, beginners and intermediate welcome. Bryony has been practicing yoga for the last 6 years and is currently further extending her training under taking her 300hrs YTT to further deepen her knowledge and experiences to be able to share with others.
