About Yoga with Clare Makin

I teach yoga to help you feel better in your body and mind. My focus is on strength, mobility and balance which I believe are important factors in a well-functioning body.
My aim is to make yoga accessible for every body so that you feel safe and are able to sustain a practice that complements your lifestyle.
I also specialise in pelvic floor rehab so all of my classes are suitable for people with any kind of pelvic floor or core dysfunction. They are equally relevant for people without issues - it's just an added bonus if you happen to need extra support in this aspect of your wellbeing.
