Description
Find some calm and have fun in this special 2 hour yoga workshop.
This year I’ve set an intention to enjoy Christmas calmly making plenty of time for myself and my wellbeing.
As part of this promise to myself, I’d like to create a space for you too.
I’m offering this yoga workshop to help you move in lots of different ways, nourish your whole body and find time for yourself to switch off and connect to what is important to you.
I’ll be teaching my usual safe and sustainable approach to yoga focusing on movements that are good for the body and mind.
Book yourself a space if you would like to:
Learn new ways to strengthen muscles and mobilise joints using props and functional movements
Settle into the slowness of the Winter season with balancing breath work and calming relaxation
Enjoy a moment to connect with others over herbal teas and vegan treats at the end.
We will move and breathe for around 60 minutes before settling into a long guided relaxation. There will be time to enjoy a bite to eat and herbal tea before you head back into your weekend.
All of this class is seated and there will be plenty of blankets, blocks and bolsters to help you feel comfortable.

You will be able to play the class at home and carry on all the good work looking after your wellbeing.
All spaces cost £25 per person and include tea, treat and a link to a short class you can practice at home anytime.
This class is suitable for all bodies! You will need to be comfortable being on the floor in a seated position.
