This general-level class takes place in-person at Rhinebeck Yoga Center (above the department store), 6400 Montgomery St, 3rd floor, Rhinebeck, NY 12572. Parking is available on the street or in municipal lots on Market St.

This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students. Basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses, seated poses, and inversions will be taught. Modifications will be made as necessary for those new to yoga and those with injuries or certain medical conditions. Please bring your own sticky mat if you have one, other props are available at the studio.
