Flow Yoga is a well-rounded yoga class that blends fluid movement, strength-building work, and soothing stretches. The practice moves at a steady, mindful pace, helping you generate warmth and stability as you transition through a variety of postures. Some poses are held for longer periods to encourage awareness of alignment, steady the breath, and quiet the mind. The class finishes with grounding poses to restore balance and ease. This is a mixed-level flow class, offering variations to suit different experience levels and physical abilities.

Yin Yoga uses long-held, passive postures, typically 3–5 minutes or longer to gently target the body’s connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints. The slow pace and stillness activate the parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and digest” response), helping to lower cortisol levels, reduce stress, slow the heart rate, and support nervous system regulation as well as improving sleep quality, leaving you deeply relaxed and nourished. Slow down and unwind in this deeply calming practice, suitable for all levels.
