We have 6 weekly classes in this term from 7th September -12th October.
Join me for this in person class 75 minute Yoga class. Please can you bring your yoga mat, a blanket and something to sit on (cushion or extra blanket).
Venue:
Classes are at Áras Chrónáin in the Hall, this is to the side through a gate at the right hand side of the main house. see www.araschronain.ie for more details.
If possible, please arrive a few minutes early to allow some time to settle in.
