Weekly Healthy and Happy MAMA sessions are centered around wellbeing during pregnancy, so you can stay fit and positive while expecting.
In these sessions, you will practice yoga poses, strengthening exercises, breathing techniques, and relaxation. It will be an excellent chance for you to meet new moms-to-be and make new friends sharing this exciting (and scary at times) journey of growing a whole new human.
