About Conscious Shapeshifting

In my classes, I aim to create a safe space for you to explore the subtle layers of the self. In Kundalini Yoga, we work with 'Kriyas' – sets of exercises that combine movement, meditation, mantra and breathwork. Each class I offer is different, but ultimately you will learn to flow freely, remove blockages and align more closely with your true essence.

I have been diving into various yoga traditions for over nine years. In 2021 I discovered Kundalini Yoga and decided to dedicate my daily routine to the practice. With a background in communication and design, I completed my 200h Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Mallorca.
