Description
The session will be a slower paced class that focuses on really understanding the uniqueness of your own body and mind and how you can best maintain and improve every aspect of your health and wellbeing, with time to correct alignment and really get the most from the wonderful gift of Yoga including guidance on self practice at home.
It is a Hatha Yoga based class aimed at stretching and improving both the flexibility as well as the strength of the body. We take the time to look at how the body should be aligned in poses and offer options to modify depending on your needs. To begin and end the class, guidance on breath awareness and control including Pranayama as well as relaxation to help bring a sense of calm and well-being to the body and mind.
Suitable for all levels including those completely new to Yoga as well as being useful for students who want to step back from faster paced flow classes to work on alignment and mindfulness in our practice.
