Perfect for complete beginners wanting to build confidence, or seasoned yogis keen to revisit and refine key elements of the practice.
Each Wednesday evening, we’ll focus on a different foundational theme:
🔹 1st Wednesday: The Power of Breath – Learn how to connect breath with movement and explore simple pranayama (breathwork) practices.
🔹 2nd Wednesday: Spinal Health & Alignment – Support your spine through yoga by moving it in all directions with safe, nourishing alignment techniques.
🔹 3rd Wednesday: Sun Salutations & Downward Dog – Break down the classic sequence and refine your downward dog for more ease and strength.
🔹 4th Wednesday: Hatha Standing Poses & Props – Dive into the classic poses such as Warrior I & II, Triangle, and balance postures, with guidance on how to use props to support your unique body.
🔹 5th Wednesday: Bonus Special! – On this occasional extra Wednesday a surprise theme will be announced in our newsletter and on social media.
