Join us for a mindful yoga practice!
Our evening yoga session offers an opportunity to connect with your body and mind. It is a great way to meet other yogis or individuals who are interested in yoga. All levels are welcome!
You can expect a well-rounded evening class with slow flows to help you unwind, reconnect and find presence after a busy day.

Please ring the doorbell and then follow the signs to the yoga studio.
Details
- No overcrowded classes! We will practice in a small group.
- All yoga materials are provided by the studio (mat, bolster, blocks, blankets etc.)
- Doors close at 17:40; please arrive early.
- Bring a water bottle and wear comfy clothing.
- Class will be held in English. Anna also speaks German.
About the teacher
Anna is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). She teaches Hatha and Slow Flow Vinyasa classes. With a focus on fostering mind-body connection, Anna creates a safe space for students to explore their practice with compassion and mindfulness.
