Joanna is a yoga teacher from Poland who has been living in Vietnam for nearly ten years. She is the owner and lead teacher at Da Nang Wellness. Yoga has been a meaningful part of her life for over a decade, guiding her on a journey of balance, mindfulness, and self-discovery. She completed her first teacher training in Nepal in 2017 (200h Hatha & Ashtanga, Nepal Yoga Academy) and continued her studies in India in 2025 (300h Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pankaj Yogpeeth). Joanna now shares Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with the Da Nang community, creating classes that support both physical strength and mindful awareness.

This session begins with 15 minutes of seated meditation to ground your energy and quiet the mind. This intentional start helps you transition from your busy day into a space of presence, allowing you to move through your practice with greater focus and awareness.

Embrace the power of slowing down in this mindful Slow Flow session. While similar to a Vinyasa style, we take the time to linger in each posture, allowing you to refine your alignment and build a deep, steady strength.
This all-levels class focuses on smooth, intentional transitions and the connection between breath and body. By moving at a gentler pace, you’ll release deep-seated tension and cultivate a calm, focused mind. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to decompress, join us to move with purpose and leave feeling grounded and restored.
