Joanna Klimek
Joanna is a yoga teacher from Poland who has been living in Vietnam for nearly ten years. She is the owner and lead teacher at Da Nang Wellness. Yoga has been a meaningful part of her life for over a decade, guiding her on a journey of balance, mindfulness, and self-discovery.
She completed her first teacher training in Nepal in 2017 (200h Hatha & Ashtanga, Nepal Yoga Academy) and continued her studies in India in 2025 (300h Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pankaj Yogpeeth). Joanna now shares Hatha and Ashtanga yoga with the Da Nang community, creating classes that support both physical strength and mindful awareness.

Return to the roots of yoga with this classic Hatha class. Designed to balance the body and mind, this session focuses on physical postures (asanas) and conscious breathing to create a sense of harmony and stability.
Unlike a fast-paced flow, Hatha emphasizes holding poses for several breaths, allowing you to build foundational strength, improve flexibility, and refine your technique. This is an all-levels class, making it the perfect starting point for beginners to learn the basics or for experienced yogis to deepen their static hold and focus. Join us to find balance, build core stability, and leave feeling centered and calm.
