~~~~~
Experience a slow sunrise practice on the beach, beginning as the first light touches the shore. Embrace the power of slowing down in this mindful Slow Flow session. While similar to a Vinyasa style, we take the time to linger in each posture, allowing you to refine your alignment and build a deep, steady strength.
This all-levels class focuses on smooth, intentional transitions and the connection between breath and body. By moving at a gentler pace, you’ll release deep-seated tension and cultivate a calm, focused mind. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to decompress, join us to move with purpose and leave feeling grounded and restored.
