Liz began practicing yoga more than ten years ago and has deepened her practice significantly in recent years. Her teaching style focuses on rhythmic flow, blending movement with music and incorporating elements of dance to create a fun and fluid experience. She also offers Hatha classes rooted in a more traditional approach, guiding students to explore poses with depth and longer holds for a mindful and grounding practice.

This session begins with 15 minutes of seated meditation to ground your energy and quiet the mind. This intentional start helps you transition from your busy day into a space of presence, allowing you to move through your practice with greater focus and awareness.
Give your body and mind the gift of deep rest in this calming Restorative session. Designed to reset the nervous system, this class is the ultimate antidote to stress and a busy lifestyle.
Unlike active styles, Restorative yoga involves long-held, passive floor poses where the body is fully supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This allows your muscles to completely relax and your mind to enter a state of deep stillness. This is an all-levels practice—no flexibility or experience required. Join us to surrender the effort, breathe deeply, and leave feeling entirely nourished and renewed.
