In this six week course you will learn and explore the fundamentals of belly dance through a warm-up, drills, break-down of techniques and a stretch and cool down at the end.
Belly dance is a wonderful way of gently toning the body and giving your brain a work-out while having heaps of fun and feeling like a Goddess!
