Connect with Fire this Winter Solstice for 108 Suyra Namaskars, (Sun Salutations), Kirtan, Mantra and intention setting!
In Winter, we are prone to stagnant energy and we can become drained, lethargic, and develop digestive ailments. Yoga, particularly Surya Namaskars, together with breathwork, are a great way to look after the body and stir our Agni (digestive fire).
Mantra helps us to release energy from our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies, bringing peace, calm, and harmony to our being. It can also help us to be present and release habitual patterns of our thinking and behaviour.
Bring your mat, some water, maybe a small snack to keep you going. I will provide the space, the counting, and light refreshments for afterwards.
