Jane will take you through the second series of Ashtanga Vinyasa. Ashtanga yoga is the name given to the system that was transmitted by Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. The Ashtanga yoga system gives equal importance to strength and flexibility. The iintermediate series includes much back bending and is said to clear the energy channels. This class is not suitable for beginners.
