Time to unwind and melt into this delicious, releasing practice, where you can allow everything just slow down! Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses, targeting the deepest tissues of the body, and the deep fascia networks of the body. Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of Prana (or Chi), in the organs. Bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps are available to borrow.
