Our Psoas muscle is the deepest muscle in our body and responsible for connecting our upper body with legs. It is also connected to our fight/flight/freeze response and can hold fear and trauma. This yoga class focusses on grounding, releasing tension in the psoas and bringing the body and mind back into balance.
