Description

New to yoga? Please join me for this friendly class for absolute beginners and those who have not had much yoga experience. Also suitable for those who have been practicing for a while, but are looking for a more mindful class or a bit of a refresher.

No prerequisites (other than curiosity) - I will help guide you through the basics and allow you to explore yoga at your own pace and in a way that suits you. Each class will include a gentle Asana practice (yoga poses) and Pranayama (breathing), and will close with relaxation.
