SLOW FLOW YOGA & MEDITATION ~ gentle mindful ~ a slow flowing practice that will release the kinks and stiffness from the day. It aligns with The Journey Through The Chakra series on Sunday mornings.
Sunday and Wednesday will work well together or as single classes.
