Description
Enjoy a 60 minute Yin Yoga practice that quietly invites awareness deep into the body with passive floor poses. Poses are held from 3 - 5 minutes and target the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. Gentle yet consistent stimulation to the connective tissues encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints; recharges the energetic systems and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state
