Description
The Pilates Flow workout is a series of low-impact exercises with mind-body awareness that target the muscles of the core also known as the “powerhouse”. It includes the muscles of the abdominals, low back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, control, endurance and self confidence. There are touches of Yoga throughout to help you tap into your personal power.
