Description
The Pilates Flow workout is a series of low-impact exercises with mind-body awareness that target the muscles of the core also known as the “powerhouse”. We will work the the muscles of the abdominals, low back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Benefits include improved strength, flexibility, control, endurance and self confidence. The fall program will include touches of yoga to tap into your personal power and strength training for your upper body!
