Description

In the practice of Hatha Yoga the body, mind and breath all function together to balance the energies. (HA “sun” ; THA “moon”). Poses, are held gently and steadily to build strength and improve flexibility. A mindful journey which explores breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques.
